Pulse is my favorite company to deal with

I wanted to take the time to thank the employees at pulse and the associated community for standing out in the current controlled agriculture market. I’ve seen Pulse improve quite a bit, and I think a lot of that comes from actually listening to the customers and having that feedback reach the engineers who are continuing to improve the products. The features that are on the roadmap are exciting and I feel like this is the only company that is targeting consumer satisfaction, even if those consumers aren’t running multi-million dollar facilities.

When I mention to other growers that feedback I’ve given has resulted in changes to the design & function of the hardware, they are always amazed. Knowing that my feedback can have a real impact makes me 1000% more likely to use this hardware over others.

Here’s come comic relief if you want to see the sort of feedback I get from other companies. Below is a screenshot of an email I sent to trolmaster where I carefullly crafted a response and even created a detailed diagram, and their response was laughable.

We try to do our best to at least consider all of the feedback, Unfortunately, developing the new features sometimes takes a fair bit of time, we usually get there :slight_smile:
