Opensprinkler: unable to set "2" hour as a program start or end time

In the place where a 2 should be, when selecting an hour for a program, a 3 is shown instead. For example, the clock UI widget reads 1, 3, 3, 4, 5, 6 for the hours. And the widget isn’t accepting numbers from my keyboard as a substitute, I have to select it via the widget.

This actually appears true for all time selection widgets anywhere, for example zone settings: day/night times.

Hi there, and thank you for posting.
We have never heard of an issue like this and from what i see it’s all working fine.

There could be some account specific glitch.
Could you Dm me your email and share info on what system you are using to view the app ? (Browser, IOS app etc). If possible, a video recording would be nice.
Once I have your email - I’ll be able to do some additional digging.

For now - after you close the time selection widget you should have the cursor on the input.
This will allow you to type in the text. (Works on Windows chrome and iOS, i just checked)

Yeah, so this is really weird but apparently something specific with Firefox on Linux. I couldn’t reproduce it in iOS or Chrome on Linux. I don’t have any Windows machines so I didn’t check that, but this is a good enough explanation for me that it’s environment-specific.

Sorry, I didn’t think to check via the iOS app before reporting this one. Not expecting you to spend time debugging what I assume is a niche platform for your usual clients.

Thank you for checking this out. We appreciate it.
We will keep this in mind, but i doubt we will be prioritizing this particular platform (linux + firefox) in the near future.

Seems to have resolved itself somehow anyway. I can’t explain it, but today it’s working fine. I wouldn’t expect Linux support effort anyway. There are way more important things I’m sure.
