Spent my weekend trying to figure this out and finally got a hold of some very kind people from Pulse. Long story short older Chromebooks do not work with the pulse system at all. Kind of a tough pill to swallow as I work for a non-profit that trains individuals that are experiencing Homelessness in our community. Our donated computers are unable to be updated. This whole forced obsolescence thing is a really hard pill to swallow for people that have struggled their entire lives. Not going to give up going to find a way for our trainees to utilize this pulse pro one way or another. It certainly did not think my day was going to go like this…
