Starting 2-3 days ago, my pulse pro stopped producing CO2 readings.
On the main dashboard, it does show a very low readings of around 230ppm, where historically its always been in the 700+ range.
Interestingly, even if though I’ve had in in place for a year, if I try to set the graph “zoom” to show readings from the last 3 months, there is no CO2 line in the graph. Unfortunately, as a new user here, I am not permitted to attach more than one screenshot.
Please advise on how to reset the device and/or if i need to have pulse support drop/flush some table in their database for my device. I don’t believe this to be a mechanical device issue. It seems more like a software problem.
