Hi. Have a few questions. I wonder if it’s the same VPD day and night? What temperature do you recommend when the lights are off? I have 66-67 F. How often should you change the air in the room? I change every three minutes.

Day and night are diff vpds. The stomata , which drives VPD , close at night and the idea is plants don’t need vpd when stomata are closed because there is no photosynthesis . But there’s been a few guys that made a few good points regarding night time and it’s benefits with transpiration at night . I personally don’t maintain vpd at night. I just make sure my temps and Rh are in check. And your air exchange should happen as often as possible within reason to keep your environment in order .
