Looking for some support

Evening,

Feels like my pulse pro is slowly dying. about a month ago i tried to recalibrate my co2 sensor as i have a natural gas co2 generator in my room. i use the pulse pro just for data logging i have a separate co2 sensor i also calibrate outside to turn the generator on/off. every summer i bring both units outside with me to calibrate at the outlet directly next to my door. this year i was unable to calibrate the pulse pro not sure what the issue was i even let it sit outside for an hour before pressing the button in the app to calibrate but it never worked properly. I havent changed any network settings and the router is the same router in the exact location its in every summer when i do this i suspect it may have been a network issue or the sensor died unsure. either way its about 250-300 ppm off vs the unit that shuts my co2 generator on/off. Then today my pulse pro simply stopped responding i noticed that while i was away from the house. it has been raining the past few days and i was checking the humidity levels in the room vs the vpd remotely but was unable to get a reading. when i got home i went to the room to go look at the unit tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. tried resetting the network settings. first try it failed to pull up the network. second try i was able to pull up the network i input the correct password then it failed to connect to the network. I tried a third time but it failed to connect to the device or it may have connected either way i pressed the search button again and it didnt pull up any nearby networks. not sure what to do here but i think it died or is starting to fail, should i look at replacing the unit? i’ve really enjoyed using this product the past few years. Im unsure how to proceed. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
