Light meter broken?

Hi,

I am using the pulse grow for a few months now and suddenly i am incountering some problems.
The light meter % is stuck at 28% the whole day. Even at night time when the lights are off.

Is their a way to fix this or is the meter broken?

I tried removing the batterie’s.
And i tried resetting the calabration.
