Im having the same issue. I have zero problems on my laptop but on my ipad it wants me to always update the time zone to the incorect time zone and theyre always disconnected on the ipad app only. Another problem because of this is i cant see my batch tracking data in totality

I’ll be in office later today and will be able to look into this a bit further for you. What’s the device ID on your unit? Also, have you confirmed that the time zone on your iPad is the correct time zone? Same thing with your PC, I would make sure both are on the correct time zone.
