Cant connect vwc sensor with pulse hub

CANT CONNECT VWC SENSOR WITH PULSE HUB

need to relogin over and over again,

tried:

  1. relogin
  2. redownload app
  3. 2x different 2.4ghz wifis
  4. reset device
  5. use other email

I am clueless, and a bit annoyed, that this is such a hassle to get to run…

Have you tried re-installing the app? Perhaps power cycle if possible? I was able to connect in a relatively short amount of time. Either way I hope you get it worked out. CS is always an option.

It appears you have done all I’ve suggested. Could simply be a defective device? I’m certain they’ll help you out if you connected customer care. Good Luck.
