Added notes for spectral readings.
To make notes for spectral readings go to a Pro device and click the Spectrum Tab
Select a historical reading and make a note for it.

Added alerts for Dew point thresholds.
To add a threshold for Dew point go to the device or template page and set desired boundaries
A notification will be visible if said threshold is exceeded.
