I can confidently say that we are not releasing anything that would replace the current Hub systems. Even if this was the case, we’re always committed to keeping our older devices usable and would never intentionally make obsolete tech

John, sir. Just submitted my order the the vac kit and I am beyond stoked!! Appreciate you pulling though on this one. Is there any chance you could see to it they throw in a few extra decals? I would appreciate it very much.

No new soil sensors yet. I’ll shoot you a reply sometime tomorrow for that email.
Just as a little forums sneak-peek for you both — we likely have some neat sensor integrations coming in the future. We’re also always happy to take suggestions on which sensors and/or sensor types you guys would like to see compatible with the Hub. As long as the sensor communicates with MODBUS or SDI-12 protocols we can probably make it happen eventually

Hi John. Firstly thanks for the additional stickers. But I have the vwc device hooked up and I was just curious if there’s a baseline readings as a starting point? Running Athena and aiming for the crop steering method. My currents values are as follows:

Yeah, I live on the West Coast, Bay Area. But yeah, I figured it is low, however the soil feels moist. There’s a good chance the water hasn’t reached the bottom yet?! I’m using Pro Mix HP along with Chad Wesport substrate. I plan on another feeding this morning so we’ll see what the readings are.
